episodes as disclosed in relevant agreements;

– You may request removal of content by providing written
notice, but removal from all platforms is not guaranteed immediately or
retroactively.

5. Event Participation

Attendance at in-person or virtual events organized by
Commerce Tracks is subject to:

– Compliance with any posted Code of Conduct;

– Event-specific registration requirements;

– Non-transferable tickets unless otherwise stated;

– Recording and photography by Commerce Tracks for
promotional or archival use.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals
from events for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Membership and Community Features

Some Services include access to member-only communities,
Slack channels, private groups, or forums. You agree to:

– Engage respectfully with other members;

– Not spam, harass, or solicit others;

– Not post confidential, proprietary, or personally
identifiable information without authorization.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal
from the community.

All original content produced by Commerce Tracks—including
but not limited to audio, event branding, logos, written content, and
designs—is the intellectual property of Commerce Tracks, LLC. You may not
reproduce or republish such content without express written permission.

8. Fees and Payments

Some Services may require payment, such as event tickets,
premium memberships, or ad placements. All payments are final unless otherwise
stated. Commerce Tracks reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

9. Disclaimers

– We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or
usefulness of any content shared via podcasts, social media, or community
channels.

– Events may be subject to change due to scheduling, force
majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

– Participation in any in-person activity is at your own

is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive

York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Westchester County, New York.
