NRF initially scheduled Nexus for 14–16 July 2025 at Terranea Resort, focusing on next-gen customer experience, AI and store digitisation for 300 senior retail, marketing and technology chiefs. However, the National Retail Federation announced on 24 June 2025 that the 2025 edition is cancelled due to economic-uncertainty travel freezes.
